A very quirky image, fun pose. The eye is nicce and sharp and I'm liking the texture and colour of the tree. I would definitely crop a bit top and left to better place the subject in the frame and to rid the white triangle in ULC. I also wish you had a better BG... but that is what you had.

Cool shot. Love the peek thru the cavity and the cool bark on the branch. I feel the tree limb is a bit overpowering and would draw more attention to the bird if some of the top was removed then a little left to balance. It also puts the bird in more of the third as Daniel mentioned.

Very good idea Daniel has to recrop to remove the upper left hand corner white spot. Love the pose on the bird and its details and colors. I really like this image.

Beautiful image of Barbet with nice pose.Nice colors,details and lights.
Agree with above regarding crop to eliminate triangle of BG at ULC.
