    I am sure Rodin wouldn't mind if I borrowed his title for this.

    The techs are not brilliant with hindsight, that's why we learn from them, wished I had the 1DX then. Shot whilst on board the icebreaker.

    Hi Steve - whetting my appetite again. Well seen and composed. Dof is spot on for me. I just felt it was a little flat so applied a little curves adjustment and levels.

    I can live with that Rachel , although I wanted to keep the ice as 'clean' as possible and avoiding any heavy blacks.

    Cool framing (well seen) here Steve.
    I like the more subtle hues in your OP but would consider applying Rachel's tweaks at least to the BG?
    Would love to cruise there one day...
