    Never seen one of these birds, I love the red eye detail, I think I would have cloned out the leaves in the BG!

    Try cropping a little off the right hand side and maybe take off a
    strip from the bottom (where the lighter/oof grass is), but not
    to much. Then cropping off some from the top where it's kinda bright.

    Sanjeev,

    Good comments above, consider moving the subject off center and removing the most OOF layer from the bottom. Birds standing on the grass are always challenging to me,..always lots of distractions but this is better than most and I like the regal pose. Keep em coming!!!
