Very nice, tack sharp, good eye on tact, the fish really adds a lot to this image. I find the pavement of the bird is dead center. I wonder if a slight change in placement could make this image better.

The head turn makes it special as the feathers on the head are flying appearing like a crest
Catch is a plus and the bird pins it down making its a powerful image, i like it
