Killer image of just amazing behavior. Glad you and Grace were able to witness and capture this behavior. You did a super job removing the ibis. Lovely colors, details and feel to this one.

Gail, What a great moment. Good light , the open wings of the youngster, the deep red of the adult, and most of all the interacton, so fitting for Mothers day.

Fantastic interaction! I love the colors, especially the soft reflection in the water, it really seems to anchor the Spoonbills quite nicely. Good IQ, balance, and framing!
A fitting Mother's Day image, would be a nice Mother's Day card.

Great moment captured, I would consider cropping tighter.

Hi Gail, well timed to capture the feeding behaviour, and the late afternoon light has helped with good exposure on the colours. Both sharp, central placement works well, and Im fine with the comp as is.

Just perfect Gail, sharp as possible to achieve, wonderful;l exposure on this, just a slight hint of a halo on the upper neck of the foremost bird. Very impressed by the great eye clarity and colors in this, crop as is looks good to me. I think it's more of an optical illusion and cant be sure as to if this may need a slight CCW rotation

A lovely image, Gail. I like the low shooting position, and the pinks against the blues. I don't recall seeing a good shot of a young spoonie being fed, and the head angles you captured are super, considering the feeding activity. Well done!
