I'd be happy with one, and you have two in the frame. Excellent poses. I'd try sharpening the one on the right just a tad more. Thanks for sharing, this is a fun one to view.
Taa for looking....the bird on the right has already had extra sharpening applied as it was softer, but on a large size it's already showing noise as a result...so sadly it''s about as good as I'm game to tweak it
Wonderful image here Phil, the look and the composition is what stands out so nicely here
The colors on the birds add great deal to the composition to my eye.
I suppose in case you had more light you would have gone to f8 but here looking at the1/320 the higher f was not possible .
Beetlejuice! That is the first thing I thought of when I saw these weird ,wonderful looking birds. This one made me smile so you get bonus points for that.
Understood about the sharpening of bird on the right so will not repeat what others have said.
I might crop a bit off the bottom to get rid of the fork in the branch.
I would definitely go out and try for a similar image with more DOF because that would be one for the wall.

Hi Phil, well timed to capture this moment, and well exposed on both too. The central placement was the only way to go, and both pop nicely from the smooth BG.
