Have you thought about removing the almost-horizontal OOF branch above the head and the bright spot along the top border? For me, that would take it from a 99 to a 110.

I think this is superb.
The forward facing talons and the grasses on the right are great.
My only suggestion would be to soften the horizontal OOF branch above the owls' head and decrease the brightness of the snow on the apex of branch,
