    John;

    Very nice 3D quality here from the sharp bird and defocused bg. I like the comp., angle in frame, color palette.

    I might consider very slightly softening the dark spot above the bird on the frame edge.

    Cheers

    That is some beautiful light you had!
    It really pops from that attractive BG.
    I think just a tad larger in the frame would look nice.

    I will echo the others before me- the light is beautiful.
    I like the space around the bird and the partial topside view.

    Awesome light John! Great wing positions and a fine placement of the bird in the frame. Really beautiful.

    John,

    Really enjoy the bank angle and wing position. Light is surreal.

    Would love to see just a bit of a tighter crop, although I must say I like the bg quite a bit!

    Easily one of the prettiest flight images I've seen of this species. Fantastic light and background colors.
    Technically strong image, with very nice post processing.

    Very nice shot here John, gorgeous light and the gull just pops off the screen. I would not change a thing IMHO. TFS. Gary.

    Hi John, you cant beat the sweet light in this, and just love the space you have given the gull to glide across the frame. Interesting colour to the BG - I like it lots.

    Thanks for the great feedback everyone !

    The BG is dry marsh grasses and forest that have not greened up yet this season.
