I was shooting with the 7D and 500II+1.4X III @ 700mm and this fellow landed too close! This is full frame on my knee, hand held (I had taken the lens off the tripod and about to pack up when I got this opportunity, so fired away)
Hope the image is worth it!

Hi Sanjeev...I am new here and not really qualified to make critiques but I do like the detail and the eye is very well done...it is a shame he came to close and had to crop the tail...but we take what we can get sometimes!

    Sanjeev,

Consider making this a profile or a head shot,..kinda like a glamor shot. The clipping could not be helped so adjust the thinking here and crop. Thanks for sharing and keep em coming.

Beautiful shot. Love the feather detail!

If the subject is still for a second, move the camera down and do a second shot of the bottom half. They will often composite very well in PS. (Same, of course, for horizontal composites.)
