    Default Fuzzy in eye piece

I have a very worrisome fuzzy in my 1DMkIII eye piece which was there right out of the box. I can't find any reference to taking it apart and cleaning in the owners manual. I know this doesn't show up on prints but it's bothersome.

Hi Judy, You can try blowing out the bottom of the focus screen, look above the mirror with the body cap off. You can then release the focus screen with the release tab right in front and blow off the top side. But do not touch the screen with anything.

Better yet send it to Canon service and make sure they remove everything, you deserve a clean $4000 camera :)

I had the same problem when the camera was new and it was annoying. Canon cleaned it with the last fix up but left 2 small spot on the sensor but they can be removed in CS3.
