    Default East Coast Gull

I have no idea on the species with this one as it is on the wrong coast for me.
    Taken at Tyree Island, Georgia.
A few hung out with the laughing gulls, it is a youngster, obviously, but if someone can ID it, help me out.
This is almost full frame with short lens and I thought they were very attractive gulls.

Good looking shot of this handsome Gull. Exposure looks perfect and the details look great too. I like the raised foot, catch light and the foamy BG. Well done.

Love the rasied foot, great background, and very nice light.
Looks like a Ring billed Gull.
    Well done.

Ring billed gull I'd say. Very nice light quality, great pose, pretty setting.
A bit more of a head turn towards you would have been nice here.

Excellent image of handsome bird.Great details, lights and composition.
Love the raised foot,it's shadow and 3D effect caused by BG.

    Dan:

Handsome fellow, like the foot up pose, sense of depth from the OOF BG, sharpness. Agree about a bit of a head turn towards us.

A small point, but I could see slightly softening the dark horizontal line under the belly just a bit.

    Cheers

Like the pose, head turn wouldn't hurt. IQ looks very good.

Hi Dan, love the light and pastel colours in this, and overall well exposed. I like that we can see the layers of feathers, and the raised foot adds interest. Of course, having glanced at you would have been the cherry on the top, but you knew that.

    Hi Dan,
Lovely light and excellent IQ. I wish for a better head turn but like the raised leg and the white and blue BG.
I would dodge the black curved line on the shore behind the bird.
