Nice one Sanjeev, great looking bird and love the clear eye, light looks nice as does the clean backdrop, I might be inclined to crop a little more off the left...but only a little

Lovely bird, pose and BG. I think it needs a tad more room above. The eye looks fairly sharp but I am thinking the bird could use a tad more sharpening.

Nice shot of a good looking raptor, Sanjeev. I would have more room at the top and bottom an less on the left, if it were mine.

Neat bird, you could replace just the head with any accipiter and it would look just like those hawks!! IQ looks good, I would only tone down the brighter ares in lower left corner. The long tail makes the perch's thickess a non-issue.

Hi Sanjeev, great subject, and I like the detail and colours on him. Love the eye. Comp wise, I would come in from the left a little more, and maybe selectively sharpen the head.

Superb species, love the clean BG and nice warm light. The eye contact makes this one really special and feathers have enough details. I would prefer a skinnier perch but I know birds land where they like! Keep it up!
