Default BIF AI Servo mode on 7D

Hi, could I have some advice please. I'm using the canon 7D, and 500mm plus 1.4 converter, in AI servo mode for BIF. I seem to be having problems keeping focus. Not it may be my technique, but what focus method should I use - center point with expansion, zone? I'm just interested what is generally the best approach to use. I spent the morning out today and out of 100 images only 6 were useable and even those weren't very sharp at 100% in lightroom.

    Thanks, Simon.

    Doug...

I just went to your link and I don't know if there is a virus in the link or not, but it locked my computer up and when I restarted my computer, it had erased AOL and Internet Explorer.. I had to restore my computer to an earlier date to get everything back.. Don't know what it was, just giving you a heads up..

    Hi Dave,

sorry to hear about that. I've checked it out plus all my files and everything seems fine. Not sure why that should happen. I'll keep an eye out though.

Hi Dave and all. Just to confirm, I've checked all my files and all are clean. I can't imagine zenfolio having an issue and I've not had any other reports from anyone else. It must have been an odd computer clitch your end Dave.
