Sitting comfortably and basking in the morning sun. This is my first post in the wildlife forum and thought this image is quite interesting. Not seen a similar pose before. Picture taken at Yala wild life park, Sri Lanka.

D800 + 200-400mm F/4 400mm F/8 1/500 ISO 400 Bean bag from vehicle, cropped for composition ( picture is 60% of FF) PS taken out some leaves, Levels adjusted, NR and Sharpened.

    C&C's welcome and appreciated.

    Thanks

That's such a funny pose. Its too bad the background and foreground compete so much for your attention Gen

Love this pose. He appears so wise in this pose. While some might consider his environment distracting, I find that he fits quite well into it and stands out quite nicely in this pose against it.

    Love this pose!
I agree with Marina, he somehow doesn't get lost in the busy foliage around him and it frames him well.
Welcome here, Hiran, looking forward to more of your work...

Thank you all for your comments, I did think the picture was okay with the foliage as he is posing so well !

Morkel, I will certainly upload more images in the future. Thanks.
