Another fine pic Sanjeev. My only observation is the owl's left eye is
a little to dark.

I'm wondering how a vertical crop would work on this one? Doing so
would eliminate that big part of the tree where your copyright is.

As regards composition, I tried to keep the owl in the rule of thirds position.
