    I like this one...could also have named it "The Look". Maybe crop some off the bottom, as for my taste there is a little too much grass oof. Good bird focus, BG and exposure.

    boy, the birds around your place dont think a lot of you!!!!:p:p love the pose. those facial expressions are really cool. nice capture.

    Well Harold the 'humans' sort of mess with the peaceable kingdom, or WW111 depending on how you look at it. Right now the Jays, Grackles and squirrels are at war with the little birds and chips trying to stay under the radar.

    Hi Nonda I like the captured expression very much The tighter re post looks much better

    Being able to light the entire front of the bird would have been great The lower chest/belly is sort of dark These birds are very difficult regarding the light Needed to capture with a lower sun angle !!!! Your yard sure looks like a fun place !!!!

    Thanks folks..Alfred, yes the chest is too dark, would flash have helped?
