Great moment of capture with the head in good focus and the wings with just the right amount of blur to convey the action. Beautiful blue throat feathers. I really like the willow twigs for a perch and would think about making this more of a vertical shot instead of a horizontal, to show more of those twigs. Good choice on removing those twigs that show in the 1st post.

Nice colors in bird and bg. Love the tenuous perch. Nice sense of action from wing blur.
I might consider a bit of crop from the top, and although you did a good job cleaning up the plant material, I would be inclined to remove only the far left twig/buds, as I like the framing provided by the other one you removed.
Just personal taste really, but worth a peak.
