    Just learning about focus stacking...

    Nikon d200, Tokina 100mm f2.8 macro. 9 image stack. Elements XXL used for stack.

    The stacking has produced a 3D type effect, the detail is very good indeed. I have a slight reservation over the colours they look rather saturated, other than that I think you did a fine job.

    Very sharp throughout. I think you did a nice job with the focus stacking. Lovely image.

    I haven't visited this forum in a long time having gotten involved in the Out of the Box forum.
    I think you did a great job in photo stacking. The flower and bud are all in excellent focus and are sharp, while leaving the bg blurred. There is a line to the right of the stem that could be cloned out. I would also clone out the little black spots on the flower petals. Lovely flower and colors.

    Hi Mitch. The stacking worked out very well and I also like the lighting and the comp. I would agree with Jon that you might consider backing off the saturation a few points. Otherwise, a fine image! Keep them coming.

    Wonderful! I wonder if the exposure could be brought up just a little? Saturation looks good to me.

    I'd touch out the small triangle in the UR.
