Captured this little guy/gal on my Christmas trip to Long Island, New York. Got together with BPN member Grace Scalzo at Morton NWR for a few hours. We had a great time feeding these birds by hand and both of us got some nice keepers.
    Thanks again, Grace.

Thanks as always for looking and for your input. Appreciated

Awesome details, light, colours. I'm liking the subtle head turn towards us. The fact the perch is angled adds some interest too.

Hi David, excellent detail, tack sharp, as the finer plumage detail shows up nicely. I like that the perch is slanted, and his pose is semi leaning forward. That BG is so sweet.

I like all of this. All of the colors go together, the light is great, the bird and perch are tack sharp and full of detail.

That was a nice morning Grace and I really enjoyed our short time together. Definitely a good time and hard to beat. Still chuckle about the window of good weather we had. Thanks for showing me these beautiful birds.
