Another image of the breeding pair of White Taied Kite from the base of the nest tree. The tree is pretty tall, so I had to back up quite a bit to avoid a very steep angle. I wish the female kite were more visible. I assume she was sitting on eggs, but I couldn't really see the nest, so can't be sure. I still have not figured out hw to get closer :(

Loi, this is a fun image. Upon scouring the image, my eye comes to the female and it's a nice surprise. I would wish for the male's right wing to be swept back, and if the two of them were making eye contact, this would be killer. The color of the feet makes me think that your red channel is on the bleeding edge, but I didn't measure it. i cannot help you get closer! Sorry.
