    Although a good action shot with prey, this is quite soft with a lot of noise on the bird

    Beautiful flight pose with nice wing position and prey in beak and nice composition.
    Agree with Jack about noise in wings.

    Love the action! It's rare to see an Oyster Catcher carrying food.

    Unfortunately this image is not up to your usual standards for sharpness.
    I figure you prepared this on a laptop or you forgot your glasses.

    Hey guys, thanks for the comments. I had a problem with my 600 that day, it ended up being a contact was dirty. I was getting some dead on and some were soft even though the focus point was dead on. I thought this was a little soft but the focus point was dead on the shoulder...I was hoping that I was just imagining it was soft, unfortunately my fears were confirmed....Thanks again.
