    Sanjeev,

I really like this picture. Two things come to mind when reviewing this wonderful image. Walk you eye around the frame (edges) clone and smooth any distracting areas (e.g., bottom right/left corners). Also, consider a tighter crop thus evicting the majority of the tree above the subject's head.

I see some hot pixels as well (in the whites)...turn on blinks and look for the flashing sighs. Consider adding a bit of black and gray to provide more pop. Probably get the same effect using curves too. This series with the owls is really great,..show us more!

Sanjeev, love the reflection in the eyes! F4 threw the tree a little out of focus, which is nice. i see that you didn't have a lot of light, but I wonder if a higher shutter speed would improve the sharpness of the head?

Amazing post you captured here, love how one foot is place above the other very much. Good sharpness considering low shutter speed, so for web I would consider sharpen more on just the owl. I guess the low light cause the large pupils on the eyes which is really nice and I like it. The tree may not be perfect so I might consider desaturating them a bit to gain more attention to the owl, and more contrast on the owl would help too.
