    Clyde, that's a Tri-colored Heron. I always like shots like this. It makes me wonder what they're thinking.

    Good image, Clyde, and I like the way he is staring into the water. Wish the image weren't quite so centered. If you take some off of the right and bottom, I think it will be a stronger image.

    Thank You for your suggestion ,Marina and Jeannean ,I'm not sure the IQ will hold a crop ,may have to just add some .... I'll try it both ways ,Though this photograph has very little crop ,the focus was on the back and not the eye ,as well as I sharpened it till it became "Crispy " . I would prefer closer too. I do appreciate all the pointers on here to make better photographs .
