    Tripod Canon 7D Canon 500mm f4 L IS & 1.4TC Mk1 IS) 320 1/1000 sec f5.6
    I double checked the level, a few folks thought my previous was a little skew wiff....it probably was despite the fact I used a bubble level.
    This bird had been displaying to another couple I guess there was some territorial dispute going on. I applied a little NR to the background to soften it and that's about it, I have not done anything at all to the eye.
    All comments welcome.

    Nice work Jonathan. Love these birds and you have captured this one nicely. I like the birds posture and the low angle you achieved with this shot. Details look good to me as well. Thanks for sharing!

    Another pretty shot Jonathan. I like thye pose but would have preferred the head and wing not interesecting at that point because it takes away from the awesome head plumage. Love these shots

    Really like the pose Jonathan if this were mine I would add just a touch more contrast by adjusting the black and white points with a curve or layer adjustment
