    Nice shot of this Grebe. I like the shooting angle and the alert pose with the crest up. Techs look good as do the details and I like the water on the back. Well done

    Nice light and water texture, liking very much the water droplets on it's back.....to me the head looks a little soft compared to the body region, misfocus maybe

    I just love grebes and joining them in the water is always so much fun shooting for me. I love the low shooting angle and the drops of water on the body. Agree with Phil on the focal point

    Lucky you...a breeding plumaged individual! Nice colours and HA. I would prefer more room below (and at right to keep the aspect ratio). I detect some fining barring/streaking in the BG that makes me wonder what it is?

    Beautiful shot great angle and fine detail, perhaps just a tad large in the frame - just a personal observation. I can see some kind of disturbance in the background - kind of vertical streaks, not immediately apparent but as you look laterally they become more noticeable.

    Lovely species. Great low angle, colors and pose. Head looks soft to my eyes.
