    very nice pose, this one has much better light. The red channel is blown and thus the highlights have lost detail. this is recoverable in processing

    The head turn and display of the wonderful eye works for me
    I suppose the image is a degree bright which needs to be toned down

    A new species for me! I like your sharpness, and the head turn is just right. The OOF green vegetation in front of the bird is somewhat distracting to me. Thanks for sharing!

    Love your composition and the pose of the bird is awesome and really makes for a great portrait. OOF grasses don't bother me at all and in fact frame the bird rather nicely.
