    Love the low shooting angle, light and composition, Derek.
    You must have had the light coming at an angle which brought out some nice details from both the white and the dark plumage.

    Great blue bg and colors. The birds pose is interesting as it is so statue like and I like the dof

    Lovely exposure Derek, the blacks ar every well handled and fine detail and sharpness is excellent, lovely posture and love the blue backdrop. If I were to be excessively nit picky I would suggest clone out the dark blob on the sand and the light brown smudge appearing just above the back

    Amazing image, i like all about it. The exposure on the black is spot on and i love the many layers in bg
    Super pose and tack sharp image, the low perspective was good
