This is a striking looking bird. You have so many beautiful bird in your area, Satish.
I like the pose with the crest up and this inquisitive look.
The light is very nice and soft and the background looks very nice too.
Mybe a different crop like instead of 12"x8", using 7"x5" would nave been slightly better.

Definitely a beautiful bird. I love that you even have the iridescent feathers on the crest illuminated. I think a more vertical crop could help.

Nicely done Satish, the light, fine detail and head angle/eye contact is perfect imo. Perfect even dof over all the bird and your backdrop is creamy smooth. I could see this working as a vertical as well, but I think it works equally as well as is.
