    Got to spend about an hour this AM , with the Oystercatchers, before the cloud cover moved in. Wonder if Spring will ever get here. Probably just go right into summer.

    Love how you manage to get both in focus and how the two do seem to be talking to each other as well :)
    The wing maybe overlap but I think it help with a sense of connection between the two birds here.

    Vibrant! The background looks fake though, and it look like some of the wingtips were clipprd off. Nice double focus.

    I love the vibrant colors of thew birds and the separation from the high key bg, which looks fine to me. Well done for getting both birds in focus and sharp. Looks like 1/4000 was right.

    Great composition, love the open beaks and front on shooting angle, my only thought was something funny with the wing tip on the right hand bird

    nice shot joe i like the BG all sand re the RH birds wing i just think this OC has some damage to the wing feathers thats why i think they look funny

    Magnificent action packed image. Love the wing positions,colors,yellow and red eyes and open beaks.
