    I took this image from inside, through the open sliding door.
    I removed the feeder stand and smoothened the background a bit.

    Karl i like how you got both on the same focus plane rock pigeons might be a pest but still a nice bird to look at

    Great that you got both sharp and with good HAs and the Bg is very pleasing. Looks like on my monitor that they might need a little contrast or saturation boost to give them a bit more pop. Nice capture.

    I rather like this a is, it has the dreamy feel to it. Nice even dof on both birds and very much like the subtle backdrop, the eyes stand out very nicely....I think you've done these sometimes despised birds great justice.....best pigeon shot I've ever seen

    Thanks Phil. My wife and I like all creatures visiting our little enchanted garden,including Pigeons. There is only one exception to this rule Raccoons, as they would eat our Frogs and Fish.

    Excellent image. Yes, Agree with David about little contrast. Here they are very common and still I don't have good image of pigeons.
