    Welcome to BPN, Peter. What a terrific image! Love the light pose and the stare of the owl, but what reallyl makes this image work is the shadow and the stark white BG. This is a powerful image.

    Very nice capture. I love the focused stare and the all white FG and BG but the shadow really takes this up a notch. Nice!

    Outstanding! Very dramatic with the full face, yellow eyes and outstretched wings over the single gray smudge line that mimics the lines of the wings. The all white bkgd just adds more to the impact.
