    Nice looking drake. I like the pose, exposure and the BG. Maybe a little more sharpening to the head. Nice work.

    Excellent shooting angle, colors. Do agree about the sharpening as the details on the breast and head are a bit soft. Love the hairdo.

    Excellent pose and exposure. I like the gradual gradient to the BG. I also agree about the sharpening of the head and breast and I may darken the pupil and work on the eye a bit. This will help it appear sharper as well.

    I don't know why you think that the focus point was on the body.
    It was on the head and at this point (I took several shots) the bird passed the active focus point and it was at the head level, sitting on the water.
    Since it is set to the slowest, it takes time before I loose the bird in focus and I did not.
    On top, I still did extra sharpening on the head.
    I appreciate and value every comment and learn from it.
    I should learn with someone's help how to post an image, showing the red active foucs point.
