ALmost full frame image. Did not want to crop much as I liked the overall effect.
Local sharpening and NR applied to BG, Levels.
    Critiques are very welcome.

    Hello Prasanna.

This space works for me, the image is quite beautiful.... the bird is nicely positioned although the head is turned away slightly, would be better IMHO if it was turned slight toward the camera more.. Beautiful background. I can see two faint ghosts of the birds outline both over its back and behind its legs that you may want to remove. I guess they are from processing..

    Hello Again Prasanna

Just figured out that the ghosts I am seeing are because my monitor has just decided to play up...

Sweet simplicity with such a smooth backdrop and tiny perch....nice detail showing in the blacks as well. Really like it the way it is, but could also see it cropped a little more from the bottom and left

A very nice image, elegant because of its simplicity. The plain background sets off the beautiful bird, and there is fine feather detail in both the light and dark areas. Eye contact is good, and the diagonal sweep of the simple perch is another plus. I agree though that cropping off a little from the bottom and the left might be a good idea.

Lovely image with a nice pose and nice clean BG. Perch works nicely. The head looks quite sharp but I am not seeing the fine details in the body that I would expect. Could you please share your equipment s and settings for this and future images b/c it will help us give you accurate critiques.

I like the negative space. The head angle doesn't bother me too much in this image. I see details in the blacks, but perhaps they're a bit noisy?
