    Another Bosque shot using the 2 times extender. I found it a useful way to isolate an individual bird further out.

    1D MK4, 500mm + 2x ext, 1/800 @ 13, ISO 400. Manual Mode.

    Looks like a young Snow Goose. Nice pose, HA and sharpness. Light is great too.

    Great light and color quality. Exposure work is solid, as is the long lens technique to get the sharpness with that
    much focal length at the stated shutter speed. I like the interesting looking plumage too.
