    I enjoy creating images of white birds in backlit conditions. This image was created at a heronry near my home in Johannesburg.

    Really like this Chris with the outstretched wings and the beautiful backlighting. Excellent detail and well composed. A touch more room at the top but beautiful as is. Thanks for sharing.

    Well done. With the bird landing, I am fine with more room below. Your birds sure look different from our birds.

    Great light, pose and details. I agree on a bit more room top and bottom.

    Love the detail of the overlapping wing feathers. I only wish for seperation between bill and wing, but still a darn fine image as is!!

    Love this image Chris Very appealing and beautiful !!! Could only add I wish the head would have cleared the wing !!! Do like it a lot as presented !!!
