    I like this over-the shoulder look (more often they don't work for me)

    I think I'd clean up the BG with patch tool/clone stamp, particularly around the head area and the sliver of foliage in the top left corner.
    You could go the whole hog and lose the lower right foliage too for a really clean image (If you're not averse to such "trickery")

    Hi Sanjeev, the Focus point looks to be more on the back rather than the head as the plumage looks sharper than the head?

    Sanjeev,

    Amazing bird,..just beautiful but the bottom right hand corner does nothing to support the subject. Try to balance the frame,..you decide what goes in the image and what is eliminated from the image.

    In this case ,..I would have considered a profile (close up) picture on the head area, but thats me. A concentrated focus on that amazing eye and red accent,.thats the story here.

    I want you to start thinking about what elements should be included in the frame,..and the foreground, background and subject placement. You are a good photographer lets start balancing the frame and focus on harmony!
