In anticipation of my trip at the end of the month, I went back and looked at my achieve from last year's trip. Found this one that I've never processed.

Taken at Merritt Island where 3 Reddish Egrets were fighting for fishing rights.

    Thank you for looking.

Heck of a shot, Ramon. The pose is excellent. The open bill, the head turn and the trailing water make it so interesting. The light is great and I like your comp as well. Nice work!

Hi Ramon, well timed for the take off, and good to see the trailing water. The light is soft, egret sharp, and with a good wing position. I wish you were standing more to your left, as the egret is slightly past you.

Stuart has pretty much summed it up, very nice shot and i also like the smooth transition from rippled water to the backdrop, nice shade of blue as well. I wonder if the slight effect of the bird moving past you could be minimised somewhat by adding a little more canvas to the left
