    Default Marsh Wren close-up.

Taken this morning at the usual place where i can get a good look at these tiny little birds.
    I can get very close.
I like the calling pose, but I got a wide open look and a decent HA so I went with this one.

    Where have you been, stranger?
Beautiful close-up and tack sharp. The eye looks great-bright and clear.Feather detail is terrific.
I might decrease the brightness in the BG a bit.
A minor housekeeping issue is that I think it is slightly oversharpened.

Excellent exposure on the wren. The detail is amazing! I like the BG although it is a little bright.

A lovely bird! Toning down the bg would enhance the image, I think.

Great feather detail and I like the pose on this little guy. I agree with toning down the BG a bit. Nice work getting this close.

Amazing details and IQ, Dan. Sharpness looks excellent on my monitor.
I've never gotten such good looks at this wren. The bg brightness doesn't bother me.

Hi Dan, excellent detail, and I do like the colours. The angled pose works well, and agree toning down the BG should work better. With regards to the sharpening, it is just on the edge of a touch too much around the eye and the top of the wing.

Excellent image Dan! I like the raised tail, HA, details and sharpness in the close image.
