Default shakin it up here Boss!!

    Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada

    Nikon D300 ,Nikkor 200-400mm f/4G ED-IF AF-S VR
    1/1250s f/4.0 at 400.0mm iso200
hand held, natural light, 70% of ff

Thanks to the D300 AF, I was able to track this bird while it was flying straight at me, shaking, after an unsuccessful dive.

Wow, Ray, I've seen this behavior, but it's not easy to capture. Great exposure, maybe I'd place him lower in the frame.

    Hi ray,

Very unique. You did well with the exposure. Not an easy capture!

Nice work Raymond. I would recrop and take room of the bottom and right to make the side to side spacing the same.

    thanks for the critique everyone.

Fabs, thanks.. but my biggest nit artistically is an image with the subject dead center, never works for me., please let me know your thoughts.

    Maxis... thanks man!!

Robert, same response as Fabs... the center deal., please let me know if you think I am off base.

Jim.. thank you.. Me also, they don't come easy, but when you never give up, something will eventually happen.

Alfred... thank you .. I agree, it woulf look better with a tighter crop, and if I print it, I think I would do just that.

    take good care.
