    Hey Stuart,
    this is where they like to perch.....when you can see them.....so nicely done to get him in the open! Even though I generally like tight comps.....would like a touch more room on the bottom as it looks like the leg was clipped. I would tone down the brighter grass? near the legs (running on diagonal). Did you boost the contrast a lot? Light looks good so maybe pull back a bit? We'll see what others chime in.

    Man o man, would I love to see one of these guys as cleanly as this. Super pose and head angle. Light looks pretty bright, so maybe a touch of contrast reduction would help, and I second Roman's thoughts about some more room around him. Very well seen and captured.

    Excellent critiques from Roman and Bill .... great IQ so if you've got some room at the bottom, the recommended tweaks should really make it shine!
