I like the raised foot pose, exposure, angled light, streaked BG. The image does need some CCW rotation and for web posting I would enhance the eye's pupil. I also see what appears to be processing artefacts between the subject and left edge.
I think the off sun angle works here and agree with Daniels other assessments. Personally.....I would have preferred a vert of this as I like tighter comps.....but personal preference there so nicely done overall.
