This is my third post of the three siblings at Green Cay. Behind this bird was another of the trio, I was trying to get an angle to hide the second bird, hence the unusual angle.

This picture has very little PS work, I use PS to resize for the web and to run neat image. All other adjustment performed on the RAW converter (DPP). Should I have worked on PS?

Thanks for looking, comments and recommendations welcome,
    Raul

    Really like this angle....very different.
wish left breast had same detail and focus as right breast....it's well worth working some in

Raul most of the time I don;t need to go to PS at all, since I do all my adjustments is ACR, I can understand that.
I think a little more DOF would have benefited here since you were so close to the subject, making DOF very shallow.
Anyway, nicely done. NExt time around, try f/11, since the backgrund in that area is ver far away and will be blurred anyway.

    Hi Raul,

This is very nice man... DOF does not bother me one bit as the eye and body are sharp. Excellent details too but I would like to see a little more room to the right of the frame.

    Keep up the good work!

    Raul,

This is excellent IMHO. Great feather detail and the unusual head angle is awesome! Good job.

Tack sharp on the eye Raul - just perfect down the barrel look. If you can do the post-processing during the conversion, why not. Well done.

Love the straight-on pose. Tack sharp eye sand face. The fuzzy feathers on top of the head are great.
