It was very difficult to compose this, however its very rarely that we get to click them with a catch, so tried to make a image

    5D MIII + 400 f 2.8 + 2x tc

    ISO 800 , 1/6400, f7.1 ,
Managed only one frame hence was not able to change any settings
was on my MFD hence a very thin DOF, there was no room to move as i was in a boat and this guy simply landed and picked up the fish and turned back to eat it.

Ah yes, sadly the one main problem with prime lens when they come too close, happens all too often for me. Nice and sharp particularly from a boat, like the eyes on both fish and bird, interesting closeup

Amazing close up Vishal, showing the eyes of both very nicely. I like the crop presented.

I like the diagonal line created by the head and beak and the water drops really add to the image.
Of course, seeing both eyes is wonderful.
I like your crop but could also see a version cropped a bit more from the left to get rid of the OOF shoulder,
    Gail

Wow! I love closeups, and to get this kind of action sharp is wonderful!

Fine details in the bill and fish. I'd crop the out of focus parts of the bird or maybe just keep a bit for cropping purposes.

very nice, I like the drama and the fish 's eye and the water drop. The 2X was not the best choice here since clipped the top of the egrets head and parts of the neck are OOF given the small DOF. Using a 1.4 would have fixed these issues.

Very nicely timed, Vishal, to get a perfect head angle and visible eyes on both, the predator and the prey.
I love the shimmering beads of water on the fish and the flying droplets.
I'd come in from the left quite a bit, getting rid of the lower neck and the back to put complete emphasis on the action.
Very minor, but I'd evict the darker droplet touching the bottom of the frame.
You made the most of the opportunity you got - I'd be very happy with this one.
