Now this is very nice indeed....sharp detail, very clear eye and even light, minimalistic perch and focus on bird from beak to tail very uniform. Background is great but I'd be inclined to try to smooth out the darker region bottom left.
Very nice all round....take this next comment lightly.... the light on the bird is very good, but a tad unnaturally bright, but I'm thinking that is most likely my own personal preference rather than true critique

Very fine image and only small issue is BG..I quickly gave it a try and here is repost...hope it looks better to you as well :-)
You should post 1024px wide image for better viewing.

P.S - I would also get rid of dark black spot next to beak.
