Great looking bird on a neat perch. Exposure on the bird looks good but the bg is a bit busy. When it comes to wildlife I know we don't always have an opportunity to change our shooting angle but I wonder if you were able to you would have had a better BG. Part of my learning process was about becoming aware of the bg and it is so easy to forget since we get so focused on the subject. Just one of those tips I wanted to share with you.

Sanjeev,
The opportunity here is simplicity and balance in the frame. Remember simple elements make a strong picture. As the photographer you control the frame but in this case you were focused on the subject and not the other critical parts of the image, foreground and background and composition. When we choose to take this approach the image is still nice but lacks the balance and focus to take things to the next level. The exposure techs are well done just work the subject more in the future and try to eliminate things like triangles,..see the upper left hand corner,..it has a triangle full of bright lights and a branch that intersects with the subjects head. Think of the picture as one subject matter,..all working together.
Keep em coming,..shooting all the time is the best way to improve and you are improving!!
