Interesting pose and great detail in the wings.
If it were mine, I'd reposition (canvas extended on right), get rid of the green band at top, lightly overlay the white band through the bird, and apply a little Nik Color Efex 4, a little surface blur on the background, all with masking. No additonal sharpening needed.
    This is what I'd envision....

I enjoy the flight pose quite a bit. Don's repost is an improvement imo, especially in regards to
the removal of the green band at the top of the frame. His repost has a strange little white strip
at the top right hand side, but otherwise looks great.

I'm on my work monitor (horrible) so won't comment on the techs, but I love the pose with the eye showing through the forward swept wings. Good capture.

Thanks for the effort, Don. I like the idea. Aside from the clone marks, it looks good.

The RP really works well. The wing position is just enough to show the eye. I think there may be a slight yellow cast to this image.

The peek-a-boo pose is awesome and so is your exposure/sharpness.
Don's repost works well for me in terms of composition and bg cleanup.

Awesome pose!! The curled primaries on both wings look great. The repost is indeed an improvement as far as comp goes.
