Love the wingspread you got Ian! Whites look good, but it appears to need a bit of shadow adjustment and more noise reduction on the background. I did a quick run through in Topaz DeNoise and raised the shadows just a bit. I'm sure you could do better with your original file.
Agree about the noise on the background. I might also tone down the small white spot/reflection at the lower left. I usually don't like "mud" on my images, but this one mixes well with the green on the background. Did you boost saturation or did these colors came straight out of the camera?
Beautiful shot Ian. I love the pose and the colors as well as the great setting. I also use Noiseware pro and I really like it. Perhaps you need to increase the amount as the repost shows great improvent with a good amount of NR
