Here's a Bald Eagle from Alan Murphy's Alaska workshop. We had an incredible number of Bald Eagle encounters; the 12 fps of the 1Dx had me going through 32 GB cards like there was no tomorrow!

    Woooo
This one is special, the flight is so amazingly captured, head turn makes it special and the fish in the claws takes it over the top.
I simply love the full action captured here , amazing

Wow -- the wing position, snow and fish send this one over the top. Outstanding.

What I really like about this image is the color of the water. Really makes the image stand out and adds a nice touch of color.
I also like the falling snow and the eye level view of the eagle.
The one legged fish catch is cool as well.
    Congrats on a super picture,
    Gail

Great forward wing position, excellent shooting angle and the snow and water droplets behind the feet adds much interest, Doug.

Very cool action, and the tight crop works well in this case. The falling snow is an nice bonus.

Fantastic shot! Love that wing position. I like the water in the background, adds a nice element of contrasting color to the yellow.

Stunning shot. The fish is just incidental. What makes this for me are the forward wing position, head angle and falling snow. Not to mention the water color and great techs. A real beauty.
