    Default ephemeral fountain

Water splashing from a fountain is ephemeral, no two images alike! I used Nik Dfine, Nik Color Efex Pro 4 (Bi-color User Defined), Topaz Adjust, and Topaz Star Effects plus a little bit of unsharp mask.

Love the energy in this, Kerry. The sparkles are perfect! Good job isolating from the BG.

This certainly catches one's eye with the electric blue water and added star bursts.

Until I re-read what you'd written, I wondered how you managed to close the aperture enough to get the star bursts and still be able to pretty much freeze the motion. I've not seen many good applications for Topaz Star Effects, but this is certainly one. I like the colors and the tight horizontal crop.

A good subject for this theme. Marvelous colors, and good use of star effects. I'd suggest toning down the top part of the fountain, making it more the color of the rest of the fountain. I find it distracting, and had to look closer to figure out what it was. Wonderful water!!

Love the water, the sharpness, and the sparkles. Not crazy about the fountain--especially the bright top--as the colors do not work well with the blues and whites.
