Very cute bird, very delicate features and you have captured it nicely.
    The Bg is amazing.
I may be tempted to clone out the left corner leaves however its a personal choice .
    very nicely done

I love it as is. I think the top left leaves frame the bird nicely.

You've developped a recognizable style where your subjects are nicely framed by vegeation, and this image continues that trend. Very nice comp, techs, BG. Only a bit better HA would have made this even better, but it is certainly fine as is too. Is this a type of oak tree?

Totally agree with Daniel re your style. Love how you include your environment. I tried taking a little off of the left and bottom to place your bird a little more off center, and I liked it. Your BG is killer and there are nice details in your bird's feathers.

Thanks Daniel - yeah I like to include some natural vegetation which gives a sense of the bird's environment. We don't have (native) oak trees here in Australia, although the leaves of this plant definitely resemble one! I'm not sure of the botanical species - a rainforest plant of some description.
    Thanks for your comments,
    Cheers, Greg

Nice one Greg, never seen this species at all, nice diagonals and the banksia leaves add interest...except that one dead pone on the right

+1 to the vegetation in the upper left corner. A brilliant image of this sprite, love the light quality and composition.
What type of speaker system do you use?

Thanks Shawn - I use a little bluetooth speaker that I can turn off/on from a hide with my iphone. Has a range of about 10-12m,

Thanks for the feedback. This wireless technology sounds much better than the long speaker cords
    I've been using....
